Questions from UK sellers

Who pays me?

Stripe and PayPal pay you directly, into your own accounts. The money never passes through us.

Does it handle VAT?

Your prices include VAT. If you're VAT-registered, set your rate (20% standard) and your VAT number, and checkout, order pages and receipts show the VAT. You remain responsible for registering and filing your returns.

Which couriers can I use?

Any. Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DPD, Evri, Yodel, DHL, UPS and FedEx tracking links are built in; others can be added by name.

What about returns?

Your shop starts with a delivery and returns page that covers the 14-day right to cancel online orders. Edit it to match how you work.
